Trevor and Mark went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was diagnosed the same day. Not only that, they helped with a solution for taking care of the car as my girlfriend and I bussed home from Revelstoke, they even dropped us off at the bus station so we didn't have to hike across town with all our luggage. More than just a good business to work with, they're all around great people who care about their clients.

After determining that the alternator was shot, he offered to stay late to replace it. An hour later he had us on our way to complete our 4,000 km journey. G	G Money on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here because of its high google rating to have have my front brakes serviced while on vacation. Made it to 17km outside of golden and my service abs light came on and brakes started smoking, towed in to golden and shop there found that they installed the brake pads backwards on my f150. Putting the inside pads on the outside causing the calipers to be crooked and eventually leading the pads to seize up.
P	Peter Bond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was driving across the mountains... had a pretty heavy impact with some flying debris off a vehicle traveling the other direction... it did some damage to the underside of my car. I limped into Revelstoke and found a Goldmine... :-) The whole staff at Bighorn were amazing, they helped me out, squeezed the car into their busy schedule and patched it up to get me safely on my way, (even gave me directions to an amazing coffee and sandwich joint while I waited). I can't say enough about this team... They are AMAZING... friendly, Helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and so Very fair with the pricing... If they were closer to my home I'd now be a loyal Lifelong customer... Thank You so much for the quick review and repair... very much appreciated. ALL I CAN SAY IS.... EVERYONE....
