Warm pool, hot tub, sauna, cold plunge bath, beer taps. Lots of room, fridges galore, a place to wax your board. It’s got everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent a week at big bear with a group of 8 people in March 2017. We never felt once that we were stepping on each others' toes. The house is modern and well design. Spa, fireplace and lounge area outside, big fully equipped kitchen, open concept where all of your group can cook, hang out, drink, etc. and all of these amenities topped with your own beer tap built in the kitchen island! Be sure to get Mt Begbie Cream Ale; it's a crowd pleaser perfect for your apres-ski. The second floor consists of spacious and comfortable rooms where you'll be able to rest and get some quiet time. Alex was easy to communicate with and he made sure our stay went beyond expectations (and it was!). Oh, did I mention the easy garage door access where you can store all your gear after a big day of shredding pow; the boot dryers (imported from Europe) made every day on the slope even more better than the previous! Well, it's part of the many convenience this house has to offer! Will certainly be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented this place for my husband and 6 of his buddies. They loved it! Used hot tub every night to settle aching muscles. The owner Alex was great, when they mentioned they didn't have a coffee grinder or garlic press , they arrived on the door step the next day. Highly recommend this place. I booked privately through Alex and he was very patient answering all my questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im extremely disappointed. Although the house is nice and in a great location, the management is poor. I would assume after large groups the hot tub would be cleaned as regular maintenance and for sanitation sake. The owners charged an additional fee to our group for something that should be done regularly. They also tried to blame pre existing damages on our group, such as scratched floors and broken refrigerator doors. I highly recommend if staying with this property you scan and take photos of any damages to prove they were existing before arrival. We had a wonderful weekend and this experience soured us to the point of never booking with this group again.
