Driver was too distracted looking down when he should've been looking up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just spent 15 minutes in a zipper merge lane with one of your trucks in the lane beside. Your truck made a point of NOT letting anyone merge in front of them. Since when did truck drivers of all people not obey the rules, much less common courtesy, of the road? Very lame and does not display the professionalism I expect from someone behind the wheel of a potentially dangerous vehicle.
