En tant que spécialisé, on a fait et facturé un travail pour lui il y a plus d’un an. On se montre encore ouvert et compréhensif encore aujourd’hui, mais il ne répond pas à nos appels, textes et courriels, etc.
Pour une PME, ce montant représente une grosse perte.
 Jean-François is very nice, but he owes us $ 5215.34 for over a year (no interest).
As a specialist, we did and billed a job for him more than a year ago. We are still open and understanding even today, but it does not answer our calls, texts and e-mails, etc.
For an SME, this amount represents a big loss.
