A couple of years ago i had an idea of buying a house and just like anyone i started looking for realtors / houses / various promotions for first time home buyers and rent to own programs. I had spoken to many realtors after looking up online and also to realtors referred to me by friends. but there was something missing, i was not getting that connection. many people advertise sweet deals but when you actually try to avail it there are so many hurdles and there is no help and guidance at all. If google has an option for 10 stars, I would choose that to rate the great experience we had with Bhupinder. We just migrated to Toronto Canada 2 years ago and I can’t believe that we finally were able to purchase our very first property here in Canada. We met Bhupinder early part of 2020 and told him we wanted to purchase a property instead of renting but we got no clue where to start since we are new immigrants. Without hesitations, Bhupinder guided us and advised us what to do step by step. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to Real estate. He patiently answers all of our questions and told us we were able to buy our home in 3 months. Indeed, we started showings last May 2021 we chose the house, he negotiated for the best price and boom we just move in last July 2021! P.S. We met other agents as well but we chose Bhupinder because he is trust worthy and we feel no pressure dealing with him. Other agents that we spoke to, the first time we meet they want us to sign some binding papers already but with Bhupinder he never force us and I think that is most important because buying a house is one of the most important decisions a couple will have and it takes time. This is our very first property and if ever we buy another house someday I will contact Bhupinder again.
