★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't accuse this company of bad customer service.... it's just non-existent. I have a simple question to ask about my policy and it's taking days of calling and leaving voicemails to try to speak to someone. Any insurance company should be capable of returning a phone call

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE customer service. I ask my service rep Claire to CALL me so I can ask some questions and better understand my policy. Doesn't call and instead sends a link to general information. If a customer has questions, that's part of your CUSTOMER SERVICE job. Do NOT recommend.
