★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting this nail salon ever since I moved to the area and honestly it has just been getting worse. The employees are so incredibly rude that it is not even worth it even though it is the only nail salon in Tottenham. I will drive to another town to avoid this place in the future, and will not be recommending it any more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Deceptive pricing, very poor quality, unprofessional. Brought my daughter here for a set of nails for her 16th birthday, within one day, one nail fell off completely and nine others were lifting. Owner told me to bring her back as they fell off, had to strongly negotiate without losing my temper to get her to redo the lifting nails on the $120 manicure to avoid driving back-and-forth over the next 10 days.
I won’t even get into the deceptive pricing and smoke/mirrors when trying to understand the product options.
I had heard bad reviews from neighbours/folks in my neighbourhood, but since it was the only local option and I wanted to support local business, thought I would take a chance. Big mistake. Advice - drive to Allison or Bolton, this business owner is not honest, she and her minions do not stand behind their products. The motto must be fleece to customers and forget about longer term… I know - it’s bizarre!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beverly Hills is a fantastic Nail Boutique in Tottenham!!! I highly recommend them to everyone. Kim and her staff are friendly and professional. I have been having my nails done by Kim for almost two years and she is absolutely amazing. They never break, never chip and I get so many comments on how amazing my nails look. Her designs are amazing and she is always happy to try something new.

But I Will not be going back to this place, I pay money not only for services rendered but also for decent customer service. Tottenham is growing and you may not be the only nail salon in town for long so keep your customers happy
