I am very happy to not have to deal with collecting rent and finding plumbers and electricians. I would(and have) recommended them to anyone needing a property manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big shoutout to Jackie Pfau with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate / Approved Properties. She’s phenomenal, not only a great property manager, also an awesome realtor.
I moved to Calgary last year, and Jackie has been managing my house ever since. She did a great job to find the best tenants for me, keep me posted on anything that came up and try her best to keep the house in good shape. When i decided to sell, Jackie became my realtor. It’s not the best time of year to sell in the fall / winter market, but Jackie managed to find some serious buyers and sell it within 2 months.

Had travelled from 4 hours to view a few units and Better Homes was such a nice change from the previous nightmare of a day trying to deal with Grassroots(no protocols, unprofessional, not even a 'Hello' when arriving to viewings. We are previous clients of Better Homes and again, realize why we will keep going back to them. Great, professional work Better Homes and Gardens. Thank You.
