L	Lee Gaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing about Marianne's Boutique in the Carlingwood Shopping Centre. I had ordered and paid for a bra over a year ago. It was fo be ordered and arrive in March. Then came the lockdown. I called repeatedly to see how I could access my purchase. They never answered their phone for a year. The website said "temporarily closed" and more recently "permanently closed". I would like to know if anyone has had any success with communication with Marianne's Boutique.

I had a habit of reviewing their ratings before doing business with a company. They lost my confidence in them. I trust Google ratings. Seem more accurate.
T	The Queen's English on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are not seeking legal action(civil lawsuit) against a business but are experiencing issues with them, I would highly recommend filing a formal complaint against the business in question via the BBB. On more than one occasion I have had issues with a business and filed a complaint with the BBB. They were able to successfully mediate the problem and reach a satisfactory outcome. Only once has BBB not been able to mediate my issue with a business, but it was with Facebook who is corrupt and does not care about their customers/site patrons, and does not even have a customer service department despite having revenue in the billions. Thank you for your assistance and services BBB. A+
R	Ravi Philar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rancourt Roofing installed re-roofed our house in 2015 with new roofing shingles at a very competitive, affordable price. They did an excellent job; very clean, thorough and went beyond what we expected by doing our garage roof as well. Their crew were courteous and considerate to not damage our garden. They even stayed away a couple of days when the temperature was in the high 30s, showing care for their employees. Four years later they returned to do minor repairs and repaired a couple of extra flashing joints at our request, at NO CHARGE. They recently returned earlier this month, Sept. 2021, within three days of our call and fixed minor damage due to a wind storm. The employee could not have been more competent, professional and courteous, and he was very efficient. We recommend them very highly. They have honoured their warranty without question, for which we are grateful.

They claim their mission is geared towards serving the public which just a way to scam small businesses out of membership fees. Their ratings have no bearings or grounds so I wouldn’t not trust it. Their president, ceo & coo are complete incompetent jokes.
S	Sam Bloggins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As with other reviews this organization is hit or miss. They are very selective in what complaints they pursue and prefer bureaucratic processes to a common sense approach. Best of luck with your issue. Don't hold your breath for a reasonable outcome.
