I had an issue with our contractor and decided to go to the BBB to get it straightened out. They were the go between people between us and the contractor. They took a look at both sides of the argument and decided to side with the contractor. Even though I proved in writing that the contractors lied to them in their report to the BBB. The contractors blamed us for everything and even made up stories to make us look bad. The response from BBB was that the contractor did everything in their power to resolve this, but the customer (me), was unwilling. I still have no idea what they did to try and resolve this. We ended up just selling the house and moving out of the area.

First if you weren't paying for being accredited business you got a lower rating regardless of the level of service and goods you provided. Second if a business lied to the BBB and said they had been in business longer than it had to get a better rating the BBB didn't bother to check it out, that's changed. The BBB is NOT a government agency and I believed that they were just in this to make a buck and NOT looking after anyones best interest but their own. I believe with the new management this has changed. We have over the last year and half had very good service from the BBB. and better products.

They auctioned all my life's possesssions that I worked hard for (mom's dishes, furniture and more) They won't take partial payments I tried to negotiate, just so heartless. I still can't believe this happened to me. Imagine this happening to you. The timeline was mid March so they reported as auctioned. The reviews are so out of date, not BBB accredited ?? They are associated with Ibid auction.

We called the warranty service number and we're given RF Appliance number to fix our electric dryer which is still under factory warranty. We called them and they confirm which day they would be coming. They came and looked at our dryer. the problem we had was a rubbing noise when we used the dryer. we never had this problem before. Anyway, RF Appliance service men came and fix the noise. It was a wheels that became malfunction. They replaced the parts. We were satisfies with their services. I recommended this RF Appliance to repair appliances. Since our dryer was still under manufacturing warranty, we did not pay any monies for the service.

His crew was so positive and efficient ... his price very reasonable also. His office admin staff Crystal was very helpful with choosing colours and all in all, I couldn't be more pleased. Power Roofing is the best! Thank you Dave and Crystal and the great, singing crew!
