Impressive avant-garde design store. The selection of interesting wallpapers is unmatched in the city.

Just a beautiful store, lots of great pieces at really affordable prices. I spent almost an hour there, beautiful fabrics, pillows and lots accessories.

I have frequented Bettencourt Manor many times now and their level of customer service is always amazing. The consistency of unique items and a friendly, knowledgeable atmosphere truly sets them apart.

I dont really care about the store, I've never been in but I do want them to move their sidewalk sign. With the planter it takes up half the sidewalk which is ridiculous. Please be considerate and move it to a location out of the way or remove it entirely please.

My favorite home decor store in Toronto

Purchased a few items from this store and I usually love it all, however I recently purchased a chair and a client did not like the quality at all. Contacted them (Matthew) to see if there was anything we can do and the response I got was that it was final sale and a link was provided for the sites return policy which is a bit confusing one part says 5 days return in orig condition and under it it says pretty much everything was final sale, so which one is it? Also i may add I purchased this over the phone on their Wednesday morning Instagram sell off that they do and at no point was any of this communicated that my purchase would be final. I replied to plead my case for my customer because now I'm stuck with a $600 chair (Lisboa chair) that is poor quality and it's been 4 days and still no response. I give them a 1 star for customer service, for a small business I would expect much better customer service and communication. I am a proud small business supporter as I am one myself but I cannot get on board with the lack of respect and communication to their customers. I may add the lady working there on weekends is amazing, love her. Guys you must do better, word of mouth and referrals are everything! Lots of similar shops in Toronto and surrounding areas also tons on Etsy that would appreciate my business, they clearly don't! Best of Luck!!!! Adding a response to your reply, I explained the timing for the inquiry in my email and the full situation and the fact that I did not want a refund I wanted an exchange which in turn would have been more money for your store. I didn't get a reply nor an acknowledgement after that email, that is what has brought me to my decision and this review. A response is always merited to people who give you their business. I am not trying to be rude this seems to be the only way to communicate. This should not be an argument instead a learning curve for us both.
