O	Old Grumpy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is terrible , my dad has seen the doctor twice since moving there months ago , they have complete control of everything, the poor guy can’t even have absorbine jr without them taking it away , and his night snack is a piece of bread, a piece of bread!!! Is this prison or senior care ? He’s miserable with the pain he’s in and NO ONE cares . Pathetic

They make it absolutely impossible just to see my granny over breaking some duded mirror who was parked in the loading zone and not even near his vehicle. AND MY DAD GETS BANNED. I haven’t been able to see my granny even before the lockdown happened. This place is run by an unfair lady who thinks she can do whatever the hell she wants. What a pathetic place to be.
H	Hannah Maag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been an active volunteer for a year and a half. Most of my experience is with the recreation department. They are always thinking of new activities for residents to participate in, and are very conscious to make them adaptable to all residents. One of my favorite past events was when a staff member hosted a BBQ lunch in her own backyard. Other past events have included live musical performances, Olympic games, Beauty Day (hair and makeup done, professional photos taken), mall trips, restaurant visits, picnics at local lakes and scenic drives. Many of the staff members here have a big heart and true compassion for their residents. Bethany makes a conscious effort to make sure its residents’ lives are as ful-filled and healthy as they possibly can. If issues arise, they are very proactive. I also want to give a big shout out to their fantastic custodial staff, especially during the COVID times. I will continue to volunteer here as long as I can because of the wonderful staff and residents. F	Frozenwonder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoned home care for my grandmother so they could phone EMS because shes disoriented and not able to make her own decisions. What does homecare do? They take the word of an 82 yearold woman who doesnt wanna go to the hospital but clearly needs to. They dont phone EMS. Only allows 2 grandchildren who dont drive to see her and yet a guy who tells people not to park their vehicles in the loading zone. This place is a joke and so is administration so dont tell me to go to administration to complain about my concerns WHEN YOU DONT LISTEN TO THEM ANYWAY.
