J	Jessica Liske on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! We travel for work and have stayed in lots of hotels, of all ratings, this being the best yet! Great staff and wonderful rooms. They upgraded us to a jacuzzi suite at no extra charge because their pool was down over the holidays. Most importantly to me was How welcoming they were towards our pet. They were knowledgeable and so sweet. I wish every hotel was this great!

House keeping made us animal shapes out of the towel... very nice touch. Thank you for an enjoyable stay, we will definitely book here again and recommend to others.

The first room we were given was not cleaned, so we called down to the front and they had a new room of the same type ready immediately, the keys were ready for us when we got back to the desk. The staff was great, they handled it extremely well and we would absolutely stay here again.

R	Rob Lucas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made reservations. Said I would be using bosses credit card. Name of business on my hat and shirt and hoodie. Get there late at night. Same girl that took reservation refuses card. No where else to get a room. What a joke. Won't come back. Bad business
M	Mike Daily on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dog and I stayed here twice while traveling to/ from western SK for work. Super clean with a nice gym. 30 minutes from north portal border crossing, so we stayed there after/ before crossing from US. Great stop and convenient. Thanks so much
K	Kari Shoemaker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT STAY HERE. Safety concerns. We are in the process of packing up and going to another hotel at 6am as I write this. We have been woken up by the fire alarm at CO2 detector going off in both the room and the hallways. When I contacted front desk she claimed to have no clue this was happening, told us it was ‘just the CO2’ and offered no solution what so ever. It’s extremely concerning that alarms like this are going off but no one who works in the hotel seems to be aware and no emergency services have been triggered. It is not just our room, other hotel guests were in the lobby with us because of the alarm. We took the stairs down to the main floor on the first day the alarms went off and they were going off through out the hotel. The front desk girl then tried to tell me that she had no idea and that was ‘weird’ because she was working, like I made up the entire thing. Today it went off at 4:43am. I have PTSD and this aggressively loud alarm has been a trigger for me and my anxiety, of which there seems to be no care for. I have travelled a ton for work and this is by far the worst and most concerning hotel stay I have ever had.
