Took him so long just to look for my sales rep.. spent an easy 3-4 min until max said to me i cant find you in our system the best thing you can do is email us and we will respond.. well im hoping that management will see this post and address their customer service because while it might be their policy its a horrible experience.. i even told max that's okay i will call another vendor to get my products its too difficult to work with consolidated.. and with his exceptional customer service he said okay no problem you have a great day... Like WOW... its too bad because i am local and i moved all my business to SKS as i never have any of these issues with them.. oh and did i mention he didnt even want to hear what i was looking for.. more eager to get off the phone then help me

She was prompt on her replies, and even sent a few samples to help with my decision making. Their prices are also very good, which for a small business is very helpful as "good deals" are normally only found when bulk purchasing. Thank you Samantha. You've got a very happy, life-long customer here.

You deal with people proper- and they will do the same in return. 1000. Every quarter, they reassess my needs, continuously hunt for new options to present, take my budget needs into constant consideration, and the both the Manager & Team Leader take a very hands on approach to ensuring customer service remains paramount... He was wearing an AC/DC shirt. I wish I caught his name to mention him here, but he was personable, happy and great with all us customers.
