I have worked as a commercial residential electrician for the past eight years mainly in apartment, and condominium style building. Having worked on both sides, residential and commercial this has allowed me to become a well-rounded electrician. I have experiences in successfully installing electrical systems in condominium and apartment suites from start to finish. I have dealt with all the typical residential electrical components including, the installation of heating and cooling equipment and low voltage wiring needed to control that type of equipment. On the commercial side, I have worked on the installation of fire alarm systems from beginning to end, emergency lighting systems, controls circuits, hooking up elevators and 2000 amp 3 phase services, as well as everything in between. I have seen a wide variety of electrical equipment and installations. I have a great knowledge of current electrical and building codes.
