After my first experience with this doctor, I am impressed with her friendly personality and professional demeanor. I have visited many clinics and medical services and found some to be very cold and uncaring but not here. she makes you feel comfortable and relaxed yet is efficient informative. Thank you.

Reposted: Dr. Janna Bentley you know me I am Shelia S. I had injections, I did come back to show you what a mess you made and you waived my consent form in my face. My lips look like a money's butt. My eyes look lop sided because my nose looks wrong. Do not have Filler at this clinic. The Dr went ahead and put long lasting filler in the wrong spots, without showing me in the mirror what she was doing prior to, so it could be corrected. This is an arrogant error that will cost a person their appearance. They do not apologize when they make mistakes. And Dr. Bentley said I signed the consent form so there is nothing she can do. I went to the clinic for some Radiesse filler into the creases by my nose and the crease on each side of my lip. It was drawn onto their picture at the consult from a couple of months prior. Dr. Bentley did not put the filler where I asked that was clearly seen on the picture previously. She NEVER showed me the areas she was going to inject prior to the injection so that I could confirm the areas. Instead she injected the filler into the top each side of the lip....not my nose creases, and beneath the lip creases in my chin areas not the lip crease that I wanted. When I confronted her about the error, she argued that it looked great where it was, and that she did put it in the areas I mentioned. This is bizarre, since you could clearly see the injection spots, lumps and filler in the face, and there was no filler in the spots I wanted. I now have a mouth like a monkey's ass. Save yourself from disfigurement! When I complained Dr. Janna Bentley said I'd signed a consent form and good outcomes are not promised.

So impressed with Dr. Bentley and her team! I had EVLT recently on one of my legs, and already it looks amazing! I’m so glad I had it done, and so glad I chose this clinic. Dr. Bentley is so kind and professional, and the whole team makes you feel comfortable. A+!
