S	Saye Nojoumi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vicky is a fraud. Do not ride there. I told her I was looking for a confident horse to help me gain confidence and she said she had several horses available. I tried 1 horse and 1 pony. Then when I proceeded to ask to book another trial ride, all of a sudden she says there is no other options available. I had a hard time riding a horse that was available for lease. Vicky made this horse out be to the 'Cadillac' of all horses. He exact words. She told me I have been taught the wrong way for years and the reason I was having a hard time is becuase this is 'real horse' as she said.Vicky said that this horse can take me to high places and she not usually acting like this. She is just testing you. I believed her. I started leasing this horse. However I was put in a weekly jumping lesson and was not allowed to jump this horse becuase apparently I wasn't ready. She should have just been honest and said hat her horse wasn't ready. I attempted to jump poles on the ground and was almost thrown off several times. Truth is that I accidently found out from a 10 year old girl at Benhaven that the horse i was given is still in training and is young. I was shocked. I decided that I no longer wanted to ride this horse. The owner then said well if you aren't confident riding alone then you shouldn't be leasing. I've been riding for over 10 years. I've never had a problem with any horse. When I said I'm no longer interested in riding , out of no where there was another horse available. I tried that horse too but it was even more out of control. When I alsked for my money back, she refused. I only last 7 days and I paid $550 for the whole month. I'm so shocked at her behavior.

K	K Horse crazy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved to Benhaven last October and it has been the best thing we could have done. We board our daughters horse and my other daughter leases. The horses are amazing and well trained. Vicky and the other coaches are fantastic. The first barn we have belonged to with no drama. Love being here.
N	Neda Forouzandeh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not like Vicky's constant belittling remarks. The coach is often on her cell phone not paying attention to the students during lessons as well. Vicky also promised my daughter a safe predictable pony to ride as she has been riding for a few years now. The pony was not suitable for the experience level my daughter required, even though Vicky said is was a good match. It got to the point where my daughters life was in danger and she was thrown off multiple times that we decided enough was enough. In our circumstance Vicky also refused to give us back the money. All I wanted back was the money for the weeks Ari didn't do her practice or lesson days. It seems like Vicky has a pattern of misguiding people and has no issues misusing peoples money.
