★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our home sparkled after Benchmark finished! They did everything, decks, siding, gutters, windows, roof, walkways and driveway! We have a long driveway and it never looked so clean! Thanks for a job well done!! Will hire them again for sure!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed feelings about Benchmark.
Hired Jon to clean gutters for $199, good price and happy with that. He talked to me about de-mossing the roof and some repairs that needed to be done. I said if anything is urgent to repair it, and to remove a bird nest from soffit, but I didn’t want and pricey repairs and left it at that. He sent me a bill for $980, not happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh beware of these guys, they first give you very sharp cost to clean your gutters based on the square footage of the house to rope you in. You give them a time and date to do the job and you think its all fine. But no the guy turns up and then tells you that the roof needs to be cleaned & gutters need to be fixed before he can do any cleaning. So you wonder but think okay, except he then quotes you a jaw dropping $3000 to do the job. Honestly i had two other BBB accredited home exterior cleaning services give me a quote and neither of them said my roof needed cleaning prior to cleaning the gutters. I just got my gutters done for $225 by a professional roof cleaning company accredited by BBB. Beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time I have ever left a review but I felt I had to to this to make sure no one goes through what we did! DO NOT hire John to do any work for you. We had him do our gutters at our rental property and then at our own house, no problems there. Seemed like a nice guy and did a good job. So of course we hire him again to do some more work. We got him to power wash our tile roof. We also had him repair some tiles. $$ Thought we were doing the right thing. This spring we have over 200 tiles broken on the roof. Insurance will not pay. I called John to let him know what was going on. He said he would write us a report on what he did, that we maintained our roof etc. Never heard from him again! Called many times but got nothing. He obviously thinks we were going to blame him for the damages. We were not. We just needed documentation as he neglected to give us a invoice. Since then we have hired a inspector and it was indicated to us that you DO NOT have to repair the tiles. As long as the membrane was intact. Which ours was. Also YOU SHOULD NOT power wash a tile roof as it will take the protective coating off, which will cause cracked tiles in the winter. Clearly he knows this otherwise he would have called me back and backed up his work. You would think in this day and age with social media and Google reviews, people would back up their work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got Jonathan to come and clean our our windows after we moved into a house that was neglected for quite a few years. We have quite a few large windows in some very tricky spots and he did an amazing job and took extra time to get the stubborn stuck on stuff off! I highly recommend hiring Benchmark for any exterior cleaning of your house. I will definitely be repeat customer! THANK YOU SO MUCH JONATHAN!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend calling John, I've been getting them to clean my gutters and do regular things like pressure wash my driveway for about 5 years now, their quality of work is outstanding, I never have any issues with their work and they always clean up well after themselves. They are very friendly and I always refer them to my friends and neighbors and they're always extremely happy with his work. I will continue to use them for years to come. If you ever need any exterior cleaning or maintenance, I highly recommend you call benchmark because they will do a great job and they will do the job right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our roof needed a major clean up after over 20 years of neglected care. John of Benchmark Maintenance met up with me to go through the scope of work that needed to be done. He took pictures of before and after the repairs of the loose tiles and leaks he fixed. We chose not to power-wash the roof but rather to have it manually scrubbed, blown and treated. Rain or shine, they spent 3-4 days to complete the job which was labor-intensive. They gave us some freebies and even cleaned our skylines as well. The ground floor was all nice and clean when they left. Thank you John and Jonathan for a top quality work you performed. Our house looks much newer than when you arrived. We are extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend them.
