P	Pan Chris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somewhat interesting cubes style instead of pearls. There’s quite a bit of tea flavor to pick from but not my cup of tea. It wasn’t busy and wait time was a couple minutes, which is bearable. A small shop that’s not so busy, even though I thought it should be an unique bbt shop but there’s no tea scent in the shop that made me had any urge in ordering specific drinks. It’s like if you go Chatime, you might smell some tea scent and made you crave for a particular style of tea, here there’s none of that. The decoration is fancy, maybe a good place to chat a bit.

I ordered the grape cheese slush and the peach cheese slush on Uber eats today, the drinks are not the usual taste that I got before. The creamer is blended with the ice fully and no taste. The grape one because with 75% sugar so the juice taste fine, but the peach with 50% sugar is terrible. I feel like I’m drinking a no taste juice with blended ice. So disappointed. I don’t know is it because I ordered on Uber ,so I got these terrible drink cuz I usually order in store. Hopefully next time when I go to the store can get a good taste cheese slush drink.
K	Kei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service on Oct 4th at 2pm. Came in and was interested a "pudding oolong MILK TEA." (See attached photo) I went to the cashier and asked for an oolong MILK TEA and the cashier said in a condescending tone "this is a slush." I said "no I want the oolong milk tea, (thinking maybe there's a slush version) it says milk tea on the poster right there." She repeated a few times "no this is a slush", again in a condescending tone without any explaination on why or how this drink that looks like a milk tea and is called a milk tea a "slush". I got the drink was expecting an slush and guess what? It came out like a milk tea. Hey owner(s), There's a new tea shop on the block every week, why would i come back? Absolute horrible customer service. Will not return.
J	Jessica Yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somehow the pearls weren’t even cooked properly half of them were these odd looking glass beads and a terrible texture, if you spit the uncooked pearls out they can bounce. The drink itself just tasted like milk (it was the strawberry peach milk tea but I had to change it to a slush)
J	Jennifer K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their oolong milk tea cube! The tea cubes are kind of like jelly cubes but tea infused. Much more unique than the mainstream pearls. I've been here many times for the past few years and the service is fine for me. So not sure why this place has so many negative reviews but I've always had positive experience. Their prices are reasonable and they are well staffed so I don't usually wait more than 5 minutes on my order.
V	Victoria Barbosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed about this place. I’ve been there a couple of times and there were ALWAYS mistakes in my order. I decided don’t come back anymore. Today (Sep 1st, 2021) I ordered a LARGE CARAMEL CHEESE TEA and a large mangodise. If you see the picture of the receipt it says KALE MANGO YOGUR. When I checked the receipt (and I checked it because previous mistakes happened before) I talked to the cashier to tell her that I didn’t order that one and I repeated my order. I had to repeat 4 times!!! Finally, I had to show her on the menu which one I wanted because she never understood. At the end, as you can see in the picture she gave me a regular size instead of large. I didn’t have time to wait for them to fix it again so I took it as it was. By the way the cashier WASN’T WEARING MASK!!! PS. It could be a good idea if your website can be also in English. Not all the people that lives in Richmond read and speak Mandarin. It also applies when you hire your staff.
