Save yourself from the frustration and invest to another builder and developer. Extravagant delays in construction, lack of customer care , always somebody else's fault. Did I mention the poor communication skills? All positive reviews are HIGHLY suspicious! They are either fake or posted by family of the developer. I've met all owners and none have a single nice word. If i could rate negative, I would.

Please Contractors and all trades in Edmonton and Canada, stay away from this project. The Owner is very dishonest and will not pay your money. He wants work done, but keep changing when Bank does inspection and pay. Units being finish now were suppose to be possess in 2015 and he keep claiming they are sold. He has crooked many contractors, framers, finishers, Drywall, Painters etc..This are the kind of owners the government need to get rid of them screwing trades. Please stay away,

Buyers Beware! If you are even considering purchasing here contact someone in an occupied unit first! The developer treats owners like garbage and there are issues with the quality of construction, condo management, and meeting city standards. The developer has not met the city surface drainage standards on any units in the entire development—in spite of numerous notices sent by the city. This area is flood prone and improper surface drainage will result in flooded basements and weakened foundations. At least one occupied unit already has a large crack in the basement that you can see the ground through. The developer did not meet the occupancy standards for the full length window in our stairway landing. These windows must have thick glass or a hand railing (to prevent the possibility of falling down the stairs and out the window). Instead, he nailed a piece of wood over the bottom half of the window and told us that the city’s standards “are stupid”. He then told us to leave the wood until the inspectors were done, then remove it. Instead we followed-up with the city inspectors and demanded the developer install a railing over the window. The developer has been the only member of the condo corporation for the past year and has not bothered to hire a management company or collect condo fees. This means that shared property is not being appropriately maintained (grass cutting, snow removal, etc.) and no money is being saved for future issues with external property. Twice I went to the show home/office to follow-up on these issues and was told by the sales person that I couldn’t talk to the developer or even make an appointment because he is always “in and out”. On the second occasion the developer was onsite and within earshot--just avoiding owners.

I moved in a year ago, my family and I just love it here! Everyone is so kind and helpful, developer and workers. The showhome is always open for us to talk to someone. I was surprised at how fast they came to my rescue when I scratched my wall moving in our furniture. They came and fixed it within the week. I love being part of the Bellwether family! They take care of us and our many needs. Oh my daughters want me to say....."I love all the flowers growing and I help water them everyday." Cheers!

Jumping with energy! I love the community of great people. Not only did the developer and sales lady help me but so did our neighbors. Our move took sometime as we were coming from over seas but everyone was so patient and kind. My children enjoy their new school down the way and walk-able library. We take the bus and there are many many routes here to use. Our place includes some of the finest upgrades. So so happy to start our new lives here. Thank you Bellwether Park
