The other PT would spend a few minutes with me and then pass me off to an assistant for the remainder of the visit. Kavita, by contrast, spends the whole session with you. She is very attentive to changing symptoms, and bases treatments on what requires attention. She provides exercises to work on in between treatments and ensures your understanding of the movements and their intent. Highly recommended.

My son (8 months) was experiencing limited mobility and muscle tightness in his left arm and leg (likely due to a birth injury). We’ve been working with Kavita for 5 months now and we’ve seen significant improvements in his mobility. Kavita created a plan that I could implement with my son at home and would often let me try different exercises during treatment to ensure I was doing them correctly. Kavita is gentle in her approach and open minded when it comes to working with a multidisciplinary team. She is very friendly and listened to my concerns about my daughters gross motor development. Without her help I don’t know where we would be. She is so good with little ones and I would recommend her to anyone.

I’ve been to numerous professionals for massages(two), chiropractors(two), and two physiotherapists. I have to say Kavita by far was the most child friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Kavita is amazing with my daughter. She is very warm and careful with my daughter, I wouldn’t go to anyone else ever again. She is able to engage my daughter during our sessions, and provide us with realistic activities we can do on our own time. As I mentioned earlier I have been to so many different professionals and Kavita has been the only one who made any difference in regards to my daughters torticollis.
