N	Norm D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no schedule to the bus arrivals or departures. If you live in west belleville you're an exile. No life. The number 6 bus stops operating before the quinte closes. So you can walk home. Belleville transit is a bad joke.

Z	Zwieback Glockenspiel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been a long time since I've taken a Greyhound anywhere but I take the city bus a couple times a week. The bus station has really went down hill in the past couple years. They used to have a nice busy confectionery and now it's an empty shell of itself with a few half empty (or completely empty) vending machines. You can't even buy bus tickets at the bus station because there's nobody working there. It's really a sad state. There's so much potential for money to be made. You know how many people pass through there in 1 day? Someone on city council has really dropped the ball here.

Bathrooms are usually in a state of disarray. The majority of buses run on time with the exception of the 6 which is typical 5-10 minutes late so you'll end up missing your connection.

K	K Calh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belleville transit needs to reevaluate that they cancel needed routes at 6 pm. Than people must wait 1 hour to take the bus to terminal. And than those busses run every hour so it takes 1.5 hours to get home. Completely unacceptable
A	Angela Beer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out-of-town buses always on-time or early! The terminal is not always open for use of the washroom or other purchases, but is usually clean and quick when it is.
J	John Ryan Leduc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of the bus drivers are unprofessional and you can tell which ones smoke because most of them rush the routes making it so you have to leave 15 minutes early just to make sure you catch the early ones.. if you're not 15 minutes early, you're late and you absolutely have to catch the bus an hour early for work because the rate at which you miss the transfer is pathetic. I've had 3 decent bus drivers that could drive, follow their schedules and be professional and courteous. Racism has also been witnessed with a few of the older male drivers. Overall, the worst transit system in the northern hemisphere.. Belleville should be ashamed being one of the worst but cheapest places to live..
