★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella Lee and Chris Park were our agents for our family's house sale. Our house sold in 6 days during COVID, way above asking, and with no conditions. We went with the multiple offer strategy and were so impressed at how she and Chris negotiated our final deal. We put in a lot of work to get our house ready and they matched all of our efforts to get us a price we were thrilled to get. Selling a house requires a lot of work, luck and expertise and we were very impressed with this duo. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We sold our condo with the assistance of Bella & Andy. The sale process happened during the challenging time of the Covid shutdowns. Bella & Andy helped us achieve a highly successful transaction. Andy in particular did a great job of responding to all our question, he made sure that anyone who came to our property were wearing mask + gloves, signed disclosure forms (my in-laws are really old with a lot of health conditions). They made sure the health and safety measures were all there during any showings. They also helped us find our new home. They were extremely knowledgeable and knew where to invest our money for our new home. We appreciate Bella & Andy for sticking with our process during difficult times and helping us achieve our objectives. My husband and I couldn't be more happier with the quality of service we have received. I would highly recommend them to anyone that I knew that was planning on buying/selling/renting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picking which agent to sell our home was really tough. My family and I went through an interview process with a few agents. We had a great first impression of Bella, when we first met her. Bella was extremely helpful with my family's decision of selling our home. She had a lot of great advice, and she truly understands the market well. Her team and her did a wonderful job of getting our house on the market and selling our home within a reasonable time. She truly does pride herself in customer service, and we were very grateful she was such an honest agent that puts her clients needs first. She is open to all suggestions, she is responsive, and her team and staff are extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend all my friends & family to give Bella a shot. My family and I could not be more happier with the service and the price that she sold our home for!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella Lee sold our family property a million below what the market became only six months later. Their tactic? DURESS and INTIMIDATION. On the night our house was signed over to the luckiest couple in Toronto, Eli and Bella imprisoned in their office and hosted us to words like “crazy, mad, idiots” if we don’t sell the house. Watch out - true unprofessional, self interested, greedy thug real estate agent. We still have not recovered as a family for the devastating effects of this negligent behaviour we experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella Lee and her folks are great. They are awesome at representing the craziest sellers in Willowdale. Check out 51 Hillcrest Ave, 276 Hollywood 365 Greenfield Ave, the list goes on. She just tries to get as many listings as possible, but actually doesn't sell a single home. Some of these homes are 30% over valued. Chris Park is also completely useless. Zero knowledge of how to price a home.
