★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid Beiramar (though they claim they have no investments available at this time).
I invested in 2007 and with all time high energy prices and new housing starts in 2022 (criteria for their excuses why the lend hasn't sold), I suspect we've all been had and the money is gone to them for other investments. I've had zero return.
Unlike legit investment schemes with excellent investment returns, Beiramar offers no investor updates, no communication (since 2017 when I reached out to them)…nothing.
