★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so thankful that I found Bedrock Pilates. Leigh-Ann and Sue are incredible instructors. There is such a variety of choice with this studio when it comes to various apparatus. The Reformer and Oov are my favourite and the classes are wonderful. I highly recommend a few private classes to understand the foundation pieces of Pilates snd the in class and online option for classes will be much easier. I can say without a doubt that my core strength has increased substantially and cannot thank both Leigh-Ann snd Sue enough for their amazing teaching skills.
