Some one came by which I believe to be the owner and promised an estimate within 2 days. It's been two weeks with no one responding to my countless messages.

No broken promises, no last minute calls saying "something came up". Anton, the lead builder, impressed me at first meeting, showing up with details about materials, timing and other things I had not considered. Once committed, his team was exemplary – again, on time, deck finished just as he pledged. Second, quality. The workmanship is first-class. From personalized selection of lumber to the little touches that we could not anticipate – BB Decks delivered in spades. Third, price. The initial BB quote was definitely competitive. A built-in auto discount was appreciated. Sure, we added items – but every detail was budgeted and explained up front. No surprises. We received great value. Finally, you want the entire process to be painless and even, dare I say, enjoyable. With BB, we followed the progress day-by-day, with the ability to hold short, meaningful discussions as the project unfolded to ensure our complete satisfaction. Don't mess around with other companies. I highly recommend Anton and the entire team at BB Decks. Do yourself a favour, go with the pros.
