It was also refreshing being styled by someone who actually understands how to style a person of color hair. Definitely will be going back in the future

She had to come into the store just for me because I had to travel out or the GTA on that day. She also gave me helpful tips for my hair and prescribed products too. I definitely recommend her services

The owner was yelling at my friend who was the customer . My friend booked an appointment for 1pm she did not start her hair until 2:30pm ,She did not acknowledge her lateness. She started yelling at my friends , you think she was yelling at her child . The owner is a bully and she doesn't like correction which is why there is no bad review on here as she tends to delete them. Very unprofessional salon , and very very disappointing black business. If you want to get yelled at , bullied or waste your time then go there otherwise for own sanity I would not advise you to go here as the owner will dehumanize you .

I truly recommend coming to this salon and my family and i will be returning customers.

She gave me choices and ideas for styles that would complement my facial structure before proceeding with the style. Heading back there for a deep conditioning for my bday next week

I relaxed my hair and I was pleased with the outcome of the perm. Everyone was welcoming Patricia did my hair very professional.Sue stoped by and greeted me as she was doing someone else hair and then finished it. Excellent team work exceptional service. Thank you ladies I now found a new place for my hair needs. I gave a 4 star because I don't like my hair cut I normally clip my hair. I was basically forced to trim I didn't appreciate that. I have very strong hair and have been relaxing for close to 30 years never cut always clip. That was my only negative. I would recommend them very nice people would have gotten a 5 star if they listened to my request for just a clip and not a trim.
