During the procedure, she explained everything prior to each step to ease the process and clarified any questions I had.
After the procedure, she kept in touch with me to make sure everything was going well.
I had my eyebrows microbladed about 3 years ago but Viola's techniques are much better and her shaping is on point ? She knows exactly what shape suits your face.
I'm excited to see how they heal and not having to fill my brows and seeing them melt throughout the day.
Would 100% recommend Viola (Beauty la Vie or Veauty La vie) to my friends and family!

Under the mask, you can still feel her passion with this job. I met her since she started her business back in Calgary, and years after I came to her again!! So glad that I met her, she saves me so much time to do my eyebrow every single day! In today’s pandemic, people will only see your eyebrow and eyes with a mask? She is the BEST!!! Viola was very comforting and explained each process clearly and precisely, alongside answering any questions I had. She had done a wonderful job perfecting my eyebrows to my liking. Will definitely be looking forward to my next touch up together :)

This is the first time I’m getting my eyebrows done and she made sure I was comfortable. She was very thorough with her process. She explained how the process will be, what I should expect before and after. I’m super thankful she was gentle and applied the right amount of pressure during the process. She explains to you what to expect for each and every step and put me at ease as it was my second time doing my brows (the first was 3 years ago and all faded). It was a very stress free session and I appreciate how patient she was with all my questions. Her daughter is super well-behaved and her home salon is very convenient, clean and bright. Thank you for the service!
