★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a horrible experience here. I saw a Jr. stylist for a brunette balyage and ended up getting my hair fried and somehow the color ended up being blonde. While I did get majority of my money back after I asked for it, I never once got an apology, and I was treated horribly by the owner. It's ironic that usually you go to a salon with the hope of feeling beautiful after your appt, and the second you criticize their mistakes they treat you horribly. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girls are so sweet. Talented crew! The "petite beautician" Lacey Tom's is a very talented lady as are all her stylists within this salon! Bright and airy space. This place has tons of natural lighting to make sure you get a perfect colour and cut! Plenty of parking and just off Dunmore road near MHM and the Lodge. Wheelchair access
