โ โ โ โ โ Customer service started great until there was an issue with both hydraulics. Customer service has defiantly decreased. Stuck with both hydraulics or pay to send them there and backโฆ I already paid for delivery in the first place. Would have been cheaper at this point to have purchased local chairs in Ottawa.
