My name is Pierre Leroux. I am 71 years young and for more than 60 years I’ve wrestled with a class III bite. I’ve been a patient of Erica and Stephanie for more than 10 years and I have trusted them with my full upper and partial lower denture for same amount of time. In 2016 they fitted me with a new upper and lower partial (the best in all my years) which improved my looks and my abilities to chew properly. I’ve recently got a reline for my Lower and the appreciation that I have for their talent and professionalism is one of the reasons that they are a five-star clinic in my eyes. First of all WOW...what an amazing team of caring human beings. I was not your typical patient as my problems were above and beyond normal. But the reassurance from Erica and Stephanie to try and make something that would be comfortable and still look Great was accomplished. This was an extreme challenge. I am so thankful for them and the Girls at the front desk. They made sure they accommodated our appointments knowing we travelled from Port Alberni to Duncan which is almost 2 hours. So thank you once again Stephanie and the team for reassuring me you could fit me with the bottom denture. When I got the denture and put it in it was an incredible feeling to know I could smile again with confidence Darlene Weening
