Beau's Brewery

Ohhh YEAHHH ! Beau's Brewery was an awesome discovering for sure! Fun space with friendly staff, free tasting, great beer selection and good food menu (next time we will eat there!) and free tours! They also have a gift shop with some unique items! Hidden gems!

As a sometimes resident of Glengarry county I was very happy when Beau's opened back in 2006. I still remembering visiting the Brewery back when the tap room was the just a little office and I would sneak into the back to pick out a few posters for my rec room. These day's the Beau's tap room is one of the most happening and fun places in all of Eastern Ontario. So I was stoked to organize a Beau's Brewery Tour Event for a family reunion last summer. We rented a bus and 40 of us descended upon Beau's on a Friday afternoon. The next 120 minutes was pure pandemonium as the Beau's staff somehow managed to squeeze in two Brewery Tours and a couple of Stein Holding challenges in quick order. We all had to attend a graveside service later that day and Beau's made sure we were able to make the most out of every minute of our visit! Many in my group rewarded Beau's by purchasing all kinds of T-shirt, hats, posters, and many cases of beer to take home as souvenirs. Beau's also outdid themselves by ensuring the winners in the Stein Holding challenges were rewarded for their efforts. While the family reunion was a great success many family members confided in me that the highlight was our trip to Beau's! Thanks Beau's for taking great care of us!

Love that Beau’s is close enough to home that I can convince my better to go have lunch on the patio. Really love the Taco’s, and nothing goes better with them then fresh beer.

We went yesterday and there where large groups from busses there. Staff was very friendly aside from the one who announced she was doing the last tour of the day (in french) so we went knowing that my other half spoke no French but I could translate. Then on the tour she made him the center of attention of the group saying that it was rude to speak when she was trying to explain the brewing process and if wanted to continue the conversation to go to the other side so she wouldn't be interrupted explaining to everyone else. I get that there was a tour bus from Montreal, and there had apparently been another one from Ottawa however we drove from Kingston picked up a friend in Ottawa only to reach the last tour of the day which was in French which he doesn't understand so to accommodate we went on the tour we drove 4 hours to go on and we translated for him. However that wasnt the question it was a demeaning uncalled for public ridicule. The entire reason we went there was for his birthday for his favorite beer, and that's how he was treated. Notice the rating is a 4 out of 5? Because the rest of the staff where super helpful and crazy courteous. Overall we didn't let one bad seed ruin our experience and we had a fantastic time with the other staff.

Great atmosphere, wonderful patio and the food is pretty good too. Tacos and donuts were amazing! A variety of beers and radlers to make it a great day out.

Today, Beaus. Need I say more? Beau's had us over for a full tasting and experience at their brewery and it was one of the most incredible brew-day I had in a long time. Laura, their taproom manager was so friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and service oriented, she herself made the experience a 5 star one. The products are amazing. Beaus really worries about the quality of the beers they brew and are very cautious about how the whole process in their facilities. The brewery is impeccable, super clean. Their Halcyon Barrel aged beers are very creative and unique in taste. I am so happy I spent the afternoon at Beau's with my peeps. Definitely a top experience I cannot wait to repeat! Beaus nous a reçu pour une expérience et dégustation complète à leur brasserie et c'était de loin une des meilleures journée-bière que j'ai eu depuis longtemps. Laura, leur gestionnaire de bar était gentille, accueillante, informée et orientée à fournir un excellent service client. Son service a rendu l'expérience une journée 5 étoiles. Les produits sont extraordinaires. Beaus se préoccupe de la qualité des bières brassées et fait prend de grandes précautions tout le long du processus de brassage. Leurs bières Halcyon Barrel barriquées sont créatives et toutes uniques. Je suis heureuse d'avoir passé mon après-midi chez Beaus avec les miens. Définitivement une expérience extraordinaire que j'ai très hâte de répéter. Merci Beaus! Great tasting beer. Good selection of beers to taste on site or purchase to go. Would have given 5 stars if they had a Pilsner ! ;)

Website said there is tours. We got there the guy said no tours. No one was really happy to be serving beer and the food stand outside people didn’t look up from their phones. This is my partners favourite beer we were so excited to visit. But it wasn’t that great. No merch in large really.
