some of the items were for her to enjoy with her lunch
the time is now 2:00.
called to see how she enjoyed her strawberries and she still not gotten them
Called over to see why they has not given them to her and the answer I was given was not nice .
they said they had talked to her about them in a way no family member should not be talked to
If the girls don't like be here to do the job they are being payed for maybe they should go some place else to work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my mom was placed at Beattie Manor while awaiting a room at a long term care facility. she had been in another retirement home that wasn't able to look after her needs and she didn't look good the day she moved to Beattie, but after two weeks in their care she was a whole different person. the change in her was incredible and i will highly recommend Beattie Manor. the staff is amazing, they know everyone's name, the care is wonderful, the food looked and smelled great, the place is clean and bright and it's just a really nice place to be. all the residents seem very much at home and they always seemed happy. when it comes my turn to look into retirement home living i will definitely look at moving to Beattie Manor.
