The oven was broken, roof was leaking, only cold water was running in half of the house, a/c was broken throughout the whole house, half the toilets were broken, and seals needed be fixed, and the owner made it up by giving us a convention oven (for a family 30, what a joke), and a bottle of wine. The stove was broken and the repairman said he had been called out there for the same issue over 2 years ago. Seriously? There were so many issues going on with this house for the price. Beware!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great big house available for rental. Rare opportunity to find a house this size (lots of bedrooms and more bathrooms than bedrooms). The beds are unfortunately uncomfortable in all the rooms. The house needs a deep cleaning and minor fixes. All of the windows are absolutely filthy. Would be nice to have more furniture on the balcony as we like to sit outside when possible.
Superbly located close to a large number of extraordinary sites (think Rockies, Drumheller, Badlands, Calgary, etc). Grocery and other stores fairly close (less than 15 minutes away), but getting pizza delivered was a challenge.
We would return as the advantages outweigh the minor gripes.
