Beach Gardens Resort & Marina

Absolutely loved this place! The location was so pretty! We were in the newer building. Central to all amenities in the hotel. Had an amazing view from our balcony. Humpback whales were giving us a show by jumping out of the water and playing around. Highly advise to bring your binoculars!

Good enough. [1] The room was clean, despite noticeable wear and tear; assumed you get what you pay for. The live wasp making its way across the bathroom floor was normal, but the broken glass piece beside it wasn't. Took care of both issues ourselves. [2] The Continental Breakfast options were cold cereal, oatmeal, toasted anything, hard boiled egg or thawed muffins; we found the coffee & muffins ultimately the best option(s). We were really looking forward to a hot start to our day, but sadly, no. [3] Room Cable: we could only find maybe 3 channels that would work. Most of the channels locked out. Ended up watching our personal Youtube and Netflix accounts in lieu of room provided 'service'. [4]For our last night, we planned to order from the restaurant, take out, as it only open on the Wednesday. Half an hour after "opening" no one answered the phone. I can only assume the restaurant hours are just a recommendation, not what actually happens. The menu looked good, but was ultimately unattainable for folks who wanted to avoid in person ordering for take out. Panago happily delivered when we couldn't get a call back. [5]Visible staff always friendly, helpful. No standing around looking at their technology; everyone was busy. [6]Pool had a very 1970s high school vibe; if it were a 1970s hot tub, may have been more inviting. After scouting this amenity, we decided it would be wise to just avoid it. The views, every which way, were exceptional; the water was so clear it was eerily bluish green in Mid March. The whole experience was "good enough", however I wouldn't call this place a "luxury beach stay" or "resort". Good if you just need a place overnight, not really if you're looking for a longer term getaway.

Can't complain off season visit short staff was still very nice. Room is clean bed is comfy, great view. Off season breakfast is a little lackluster but otherwise great.

Age has caught up to this resort. Still has really good views of the ocean from the main buildings. If the price is right, worth a visit.

The front staff was very accommodating. I requested a kettle at a late hour and was promptly given one, they extended my check out as I had an appointment. Would suggest this location to anyone.

Nothing to complain about! View is absolutely fantastic! Rooms are cozy and staff was friendly! Would definitely stay here again

Quick overnight getaway for a friend's birthday, staff very helpful and the pool was great! Fabulous food at the restaurant downstairs, highly recommend the duck wings...so good! The place is a bit outta the way but would stay here again.

Checked in here at short notice for two nights and got a lovely clean room with a beautiful view. Ricky at the front desk was friendly and informative and gave us a great recommendation about a local restaurant because the on-site restaurant was closed. Beds were comfortable and the room was warm, only had one issue with the toilet not flushing which was resolved quickly and easily by staff. Lovely beach and marina area attached to the resort with a liquor store or bar on site too. Definitely recommend this place!
