★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an all-day parking pass ($5.25) so I could run in and pick up a textbook for an online class. Thought I was parking in the correct lot, less than 10 mins later - $65 parking ticket. Tried calling in to reason with them, customer service was like a brick wall. Couldn't even get the amount I paid for my all-day parking ticket put towards my $65 ticket amount, pretty sad.
Very disappointed with impark and lack of customer service. There is something very wrong with a company that targets a student parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ came to pick up some equipment for my project and I bought an all-day parking pass ($5.25) so I went inside to collect the equipment and when I back less than 15 mins later I saw, I got a ticket because I parked in staff and public parking. the parking Lot was completely empty and I thought I was parking in the correct lot (the student and visitor parking is one row different) . I filled the Impark form online and attached the picture of my car location then they rejected my reason and I tried calling in to reason with them, customer service is worst customer service ever I experienced. They never understand what we are saying and she hang up the phone at middle of my speaking.so sad that people do not understand other people. this is not fair.
Very disappointed with impark and lack of customer service. There is something very wrong with this company that targets students to make money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great set up for getting your Covid 19 shot and your Covid Testing as well. We were just sent in and no waiting and we were served in our car. No fuss, no waiting, nothing to say here except great things. The staff were very friendly, we even showed up a couple of days early and it wasn't a problem.
