Sometimes the staff treat clients respectfully other times not so much.. I had to remind a woman i was dealing with numerous times that I'm disabled and its very hard for me to get there and go into a place that causes me so much anxiety. But anyone with anxiety must be a junkie.. Sad. Another woman working there witnessed this and made sure she helped me through the process with kindness. I think if they can't be respectful to the client then they need new people working there. The mean woman seems to always be mean and i pray to God every time i go in not to see her because her whole attitude is degrading. It's social services and its a place for people in need to get financial help. This money isn't being stolen from anyone pockets who works there so I'm not sure why people are treated like it is.

I'm a pensioner and they helped me with a topup to my income

I have had two experiences here with two people. The first was short with me and I felt it came across rude. The second was the same experience the person was short and rude. Using excuses like were busy isn't going to solve any poverty reduction problems. Hopefully my issue gets sorted out. Even if it's done begrudge-ingly.

Worker there Alicia was absolutely wonderful and super helpful to my family also would throw a shout out to the brain injury society to Miss Brittany great job guys

Barely ever line ups. All the people are pretty nice.

I am utterly new to this whole process and the employees are very well informed and addressed my every concern and inquiry.

They were very nice and very polite to me and help me with whatever I need help with very intelligent people
