We dropped our vehicle off for a tire rotation and oil change here. While looking for the lock nut for the tires they ended up throwing away all the receipts for our business transactions but told us they are on the passenger seat. The lock nut was never given to us (they also initially installed the tires) but they went on to blame us for losing it. We literally came here to get a tire rotation but thought may as well get an oil change too yet they don’t bother telling us that the tire rotation could not be done until we came to pick up the vehicle.
Extremely unprofessional and unreliable service. We even had issues with the initial install to the point where they came out and dropped off the vehicle to us as they realized we were upset. At this point the lock nut should have been given to us but never was. Giving these guys a second chance was a horrible decision and we only did so because friends of ours have gone here in the past but man was that a bad idea. What a horrible management group this business has.
