★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very unfriendly and do not give you the proper information to file a claim/forget to give you pertinent information. Also, wait times are ridiculous and there is no proper queuing system to determine who should be helped first. P.S. The office closes at 4 pm sharp, not 4:30 pm as stated above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The small claims registration office ladies has given us misinformation. Or offering fractions of information. When they make you frustrated and you show, they will say they can't help you. The system is very backward... Bureaucracies to the max. Been there 4 times, tried my best over the course of 3 months and get nothing done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never answer the phone. sometimes for a very simple question , you have to drive to their office, which can be easily done by phone. Please respect that someone of us work during office hours and its hard to come to your office for a small concern because you never answer the phone.
