G	Guy Robby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a 2007 4 runner in great condition from Rick. He picked me up from the airport since I came out from Vancouver island. The car was exactly as described on his site and over the phone. At no time did I feel any pressure, he was patient with me looking over the vehicle for over an hour in his shop. He was very helpful in the whole process and easy going. He contacted me the next day to make sure I got home safe to my family and to check in and see if my wife liked the 4runner as well. A few weeks after driving, we realized there was a clunk on the passenger side when we would go over a speed bumps or pot holes. Turns out the strut needed to be replaced which is to be expected at some point for an older vehicle. I mentioned it to Rick to see if his mechanic had any recommendations on name brands. Rick was in constant communication with me about the issue, he did research and assured me he would help me with the repair in some form. Well, he ended up covering the cost of the parts for replacement. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He never wanted me to feel as if I was being taken advantage of. I wish all businesses were this transparent. The level of service after the transaction was complete really says something about Rick as a business owner and as a person. I can’t recommend this business enough!!! 5 stars!!!! I will definitely buy again from them and will recommend them to any friends and family!!

The first day I went to check this car, I didn't examine a lot of things because of the high rankings here and I trused it. I only drove for several minutes and checked the noise. But three months passed, nothing big problem happened. As a used car, I am very satisfied with it. I am very happy to know Bob, who is the mechanical engineer there. Bob helped me a lot on the driving, insurance. Really a nice guy!
A	Alexia Tryfon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After looking for a truck for almost a year, we found our beautiful and perfect GMC Sierra 1500 at Prestige Motor group. I was able to communicate easily with Rick and go test drive the car. The overall buying experience was wonderful and although we did find the seat adjustment on the truck was broken on pick up, Rick was very helpful and put in the order for a replacement and for me to have it fixed in North Vancouver rather then drive all the way back to Richmond. - UPDATE: I did have to go back to the dealer and that was a bit of a pain because he didn't want to pay GM to fix it in North Vancouver. When I had seen the truck the handle was fine and working, but upon pick up one was broken and one was removed. Made me wonder, now that I bought it, if they switched parts on it to another truck. The truck is what I was looking for, but over time I have found there where allot of issues with the truck that Prestige didn't fix or disclose. I've spend about about $4500 on the truck since I got it and it hasn't even been 6 months. There was no tier iron with the truck or jack and the tier hoist needed to be replaced. Just do your homework before you go and have another mechanic look at the car you are buying from Prestige.

I had such a nice welcome with no pushy salesmanship just big smiles; he was very helpful with answering all my questions and went out of his way to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. We test drove a truck and fell in live with it but a strange noise came from a wheel on test drive. It took a couple of days but they fixed it as they refused to sell me a truck that possibly had an issue. We know we got a great deal as we have been looking for months. It even came with gas and everything worked that was suppose to. I'm confident if I need anything they will help me.
