★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on my experience, these people are completely useless. My house was/still is flooding and the website was not co-operating so I phoned instead. I was given no help at all by their call-taker who was at best, unreceptive, short tempered and rude with me....
...telling me to call back the following day while I'm trying to deal with a FLOODING HOUSE with 4 children.
I will never use this service again as long as I live. Thanks for nothing BCone-call. You gave me an absolutely horrible experience and added to the stress by leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
Is my flooding family home not an emergency?!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty unsatisfactory (really non-existent) service in my case this week. Created an account ID after two tries, tried on-line for locate (map) no success. Tried phone twice now. Go on hold for 5mins approx then I get the auto "customer satisfaction survey". Ya might have an idea of what I said. Have put in help request to customer service email. Other then "we got your email", no help! Pretty sad.........
