★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't really support Indigenous peoples paying union dues, claims to take calls to the TRC but this commission is biased and inherently racist towards Indigenous elders, I often feel trapped in my work place and I'm sent to talk with folks that are biased themselves and uphold the values of the organization they work for instead of protecting the rights of union members, odd because I thought a union was in place to protect workers, not ot the organizations we work for
