Rude manager and staff that are good at selling you whatever they have to sell but not informative or helpful if your actually looking for quality flower. Bags are closed you have no idea what your getting and if it’s not what you expect sorry about your luck. Buyer beware Penticton store manager Lynn told me to contact the grower with the issue I had in store. There are plenty of other stores in town that provide a better quality and selection than here.
