If you need to do work for this company get cash up front.
We tried to get as much information over the phone so the right tech can be dispatched. Upon arrival we quickly realized it was nothing like it was explained.over the phone. Unfortunately we were not able perform this repair for the over the phone estimate the customer was given, as the description of the type of equipment, site and conditions were certainly not as described over the phone.
Our company like most has a minimum charge when called out to a customer site.
Big Box would rather go to collections or small claims over $300.00
If this is the way they operate I world make sure you make your payment arrangements and terms very clear.
I would rate them less than 1 star.
