These guys were in and out fast, very friendly and professional. Smell is gone , carpets look great . If you live in Bradford and are looking to get your carpets back to new, call Ricky and the boys! Thank you

The crew was suppose to arrive at 3pm, I got a call advising they will be abit late but they should still arrive within the 1 hour time frame as Promised. We said.. no worries and waited for the crew. Two hours later with no follow up call or cleaning crew to show, we called customer service that still had no idea where is the crew and when they will show up. the lady calls back advising their machine SUDDENLY broke and they will TRY to fix it on Monday. Not a drop of remorse. So unprofessional, poor customer service.. go find a better company.

We were told that two people would be doing the cleaning and they would move all the furniture themselves. This proved not to be the case. Only one workman showed up and most of the furniture was not moved. The furniture that was moved was done by the workman with the help of my husband who is in his seventies. When we called Ricky to tell him that there was only one workman here he said the other worker was on his way. No one else ever showed up. They did no spot cleaning at all, before starting the cleaning process which means a lot of the stains were not removed. They created several big stains in the carpet when they dragged the dirty water across the carpet. We called the very next day when the carpet had dried and told Ricky that we needed them to return and remove the stains they had created. He said he would send someone out to fix the problem. We never heard from this company again. We called Ricky every single day for a week solid. No one picked up the phone. Left a message with each call but still no response. Terrible customer service! Now we have to hire someone else to remove the stains that this company created and left in our carpet. This company is very expensive, so beware once they have your payment, and you have any sort of issue, they don’t want to deal with you again.

They were very friendly and efficient, and my grandparents are so pleased with the results. Highly recommended!

Ricky and his staff did such a wonderful job steam cleaning my stairs, two area rugs, and two upholstered chairs. Everything looks BRAND NEW, smells fresh and I'm so happy. I will call Bayview Steam Cleaning again in the future and I recommend them. They were so polite and respectful of my home when they did their work.
