She was able to put me back together when I had a major flare up and gave me great advice to prevent future issues. She was extremely thorough is discussing my history before offering treatment and a plan. I have visited many chiropractors and physical therapists over the years, but Nicole is the first one I felt instant results and provided me with a plan focused on my well being. I can not recommend her enough.

She is very attentive to helping her clients, and is always a pleasure to see at follow ups. This is the first chiropractor I have seen that focuses on ensuring I have things to do at home to improve my back/shoulders, versus consistently going in for treatment. In about one-month, we were able to reduce treatments from 2 times a week, to once every 2-3 weeks! Definitely a person who cares about her patients well-being, and someone I would recommend anyone go to see!

I initially came to Dr. Nicole because of my neck stiffness and literally within two treatments the pain was gone! The chiropractic adjustments provided much relief and the acupuncture treatment was amazing. Dr. Nicole is very knowledgeable and not only does she do manual treatments, but after every visit she would prescribe me stretches to do at home. I leave every session feeling relieved and equipped with knowledge on improving my posture, and feel excited when looking forward to the next session. I have developed a lower back and leg pain from prolonged sitting and lack of mobility during this pandemic. On trying to fell better I purchased a spinning bike that compounded the issue further. So when she first saw me I had 2-3 back problems to resolve. With a lot of electro-Accumpunture and adjustments I regain my mobility and felt less pain for the first time in months. It’s a journey but with her help I am now feeling healthier and more active.

She has been treating me for multiple issues, but mainly for a back issue I had after surgery, for which she took her time with and tried different techniques until we found what worked best for me and provided the most relief. She is also treating me for migraines and a sore neck. I felt a huge relief in my neck after only my second appointment, and we are continuing to work on my migraines. Overall, Dr. Da Silva is an amazing doctor and treats you with respect. She is honest when it comes to treatment, and she will try multiple treatments to make sure she finds the one that works for you. I definitely recommend that you see Dr. Da Silva if you are looking for a chiropractor.
