R	Ruhaina Dhirani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Branch 1074 has completely lowered their standards. I have never seen such neglect in banking customer service before in my experience with TD. Not only was my urgent situation and time sensitive deadline not taken seriously, but when it finally was, I was asked to wait for 4 hours in my car prior to being attended to. As if getting a mortgage for a closing is not an urgent matter. This is my first home purchase and this branch made my process a nightmare. When they finally called me to talk they did not want to help me, their answers were extremely unprofessional and rude. I was outside the branch and no staff invited me back inside to deal with the issue in person. Instead they kept pushing my issue to other team members trying to tell me over the phone they did not have time it’s past their shift but the branch is open till 6 and no one was able to find 5 minutes to help me? If this is your first mortgage do not go to this branch for your application.

I am disgusted at the ABM (Ro) her attitude and her behaviour in how they treat customers who need financial advice or help. I used to work for TD in the branch and this location (the staff) treat customers like they are worthless. i would advise to never go here with your business especially if you are a first time home buyer you deserve real care not the treatment the staff here puts out. DISGUSTING.
