★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No working security cameras anywhere on premises. Mailboxes get broken into every 1-2 months. Parking stalls are too small so in wintertime if you park in your parking stall to plug you-you will not be able to get in/out of your car, plus you'll get lots of door dings from your neighbors.
Landlord is kind, owners do not care.
