D	Dan Paquette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bayshore terrific PSW's, the office staff is the problem. They overwork their employees until they get hurt then they ignore them. They ignore there duties as employer and their well being. The lack of professionalism is overwhelming.

T	Terry Short on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was ill in November 2017 and Bayshore was assigned to ensure my meds were delivered and administered. These meds were time sensitive and both deliveries were late. When I r Terry Short Your review will be posted publicly on the web. Learn more eached out for help in tracking the meds from their co-ordinator they told me there was nothing they could do, so I waited overnight without treatment the first time and had to go back to the hospital, wait in line and finally get my IV treatment in the morning. It was hospital staff that got a rush put on my delivery and it finally showed up almost 24 hours late. I was impressed with my nurses, they were friendly and professional. The next delivery got lost, and during my too numerous phone calls to everyone involved -( the co-ordinators job) again hospital staff informed me that Bayshore could indeed trace my delivery. Only when I relayed this information to Bayshore staff did they do anything to help me. I've left numerous voicemails for co-ordinators that went unanswered as well as one to administration, and had the phone just go unanswered. I cannot imagine being a senior shut in and depending on these people for critical care. When I was released from the hospital to the care of these "home care professionals" I thought I could relax and recover. The truth is they have repeatedly dropped the ball and projected a "not my job" attitude. As a side note, they aren't open 24hrs, they use an answering service after 9 or 10 in the evening and I couldn't get an answer there either.
G	Gabriel Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE. The nurse from Bayshore came to our home today and proceeded to shoot my wife full of holes, missing the vein multiple times for an IV. After repeatedly hurting my wife and wasting ALL of the supplies, she informed her that she had no more left and we will need to drive to the hospital and get hooked up there then call them back. So my wife, who isn't supposed to be driving, had to drive to the hospital, sit and wait for three hours and to be told that NO they will not hook her up, because Bayshore started it and must do it themselves. So now, she's got the medication with no way of administering it and we have no idea what to do. Thanks, Bayshore - would give 0 stars if I could.
