When I originally called the office to see if they would handle my case, I was put right through to Allan and he explained exactly what he could do for me. Wilma, who handles many things in the office, patiently answered my numerous questions and helped me get organized with the necessary paperwork. Overall I was very happy with this firm and would highly recommend them.

When he wasn't available, Wilma capably stepped in. Although I never actually went to court, he offered his expert advice throughout the years and when required, acted on my behalf with the insurance company. He was generous with his time, straightforward as to what we could expect and respectful of our opinions. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were discouraged by four other law firms from proceeding with a termination of long term disability claim against the insurance company, who arbitrarily declared my wife fit to work. It was too difficult a case we were told.
I called Allan and he listened intently and asked all the right questions. We instantly had a good feeling and rapport with him and he agreed to take the case. It was a fairly long process, but in the end he was successful in holding them to their obligations, and a reasonable settlement was reached.
We can't say enough good things about Allan, also a shout out to Nancy who kept us updated throughout the process.
We give Bayda Law our highest recommendation.

I was told it could take 2-3 years to settle but we settled in 10 or 11 months from the time I stepped into his office! My meetings with Allan were never rushed - he always listened, asked questions and got all the right information. Wilma and Jennifer were always on the ball with emails or phone calls and assisting Allan. They are quite the Team! Allan succeeded in getting the best settlement he could. Then someone gave me their number, and from the first time that I talked with Allan, I was impressed with his understanding of the situation. Before I saw Allan I was dealing with my insurance company on my own and was having great difficulties. After a few weeks I realized I was going to need help and was referred to Bayda Disability law firm. It was the best move I ever made and after my first visit I no longer had to deal with the insurance company and I was without stress. Allan and his staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns without hesitation.
